How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally must have a scale, carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the bread to ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes and then wait the next century'til they are baked.
NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That is just how I roll. But after that I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)
Ok, they do not taste just like the cookies you get around Christmas time. Instead they are a little more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.
However, what mostly convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.
Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they involve only two ingredients! Yep that is right, and anyone can blend two components.
Though in the event that you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!
It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me should you consume them), but I must mention yet another amazing thing about those cookies.
They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the very first I finished the rest inside an hour.
They're perfect for hiking excursions or other events where you will need a quick energizing snack on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a fast bite in my backpack.
It also has to be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.
Take oats for example. Not merely do they lower your cholesterol levels which subsequently can help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbs and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.
These nutrients contain manganese, great for bone creation and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- important for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller
Much like peanuts -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not just additional hints cause they have a decent quantity of good carbs but also for being the huge players at the potassium game.
Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you've got a hard day before you.
Because you can see, I'm a huge fan.
Here is a good example of when I might have done with a couple of those biscuits. Sadly, I did not have them with me.
Perhaps you have been stuck somewhere in character and thought"damn I am in trouble!" ? If so, where? Ideal for when you want a power boost on the go. Enjoy!
